We have been to Carl Black previously and we didn’t have a great experience. We decided to give you another chance. We spoke with the manager and he advised we were in good hands. We had Leo Willis as our salesman and he was fantastic. He answered all our questions, made sure we had everything we needed to make it a successful experience. Leo is an asset to Carl Black. After we left the dealership we saw on OnStar the tires were low and I thought I would have time to get them fixed. The weather turned cold and the air pressure light came on as I was going to work. Since the vehicle was new I didn’t know how to turn it off. I went to Carl Black and they filled the tires and I went to work. A new vehicle should NEVER left your lot with the tires not properly inflated. Makes me wonder if I trust your dealership for service. I was the first customer to buy an EV in 2024 from Carl Black under the new law that allows the $7,500 federal tax credit to be refundable at the point of sale, effectively reducing the price of my Chevy B Black under the new law that allows the $7,500 federal tax credit to be refundable at the point of sale, effectively reducing the price of my Chevy Bolt EUV by $7,500. We went through the learning process together because the IRS had just opened up the web portal to allow the point of sale credit. My salesperson, Shami, patiently worked with the dealership's HR manager and business manager to get this done for me. It was a great experience and we were all relieved when it came together without a problem. More

The dealership was beautiful. It was clean and very welcoming. I came in with my daughter and two grandchildren. We were escorted to seats immediately and got to know our sal It was clean and very welcoming. I came in with my daughter and two grandchildren. We were escorted to seats immediately and got to know our salesman Shami. He was a delight. He took his time with me and explained everything in a tone that he would use with his own mother. There are times that people can be condescending to older people but with Shami that was never the case. I came in for a service call but said I might want to look at something else because this car was costing me more than it was worth. Shami made it work without pressure. If I live long enough (chuckle, chuckle) then I will someday God willing purchase again from Shami. I would also like to tell you that the lady that answers the phone in the showroom was so helpful and accommodating with my two rambunctious grandsons. Josh in finance made everything painless and he is a treasure. I will be coming in and purchasing an extended warranty this month all because of my Josh experience. Now getting back to Shami!
