Open and honest lines of communication and keeping the impeccably detailed vehicle indoors until I could get there almost a week later let me know that I had made the right decision to buy through Lexus of Canton. I drove 4 hours and was met with smiles and was taken to my vehicle where I was astonished of how well the vehicle actually looked and was immediately sold and didn't even need to drive it to know that this was a dealership that cared and a salesperson who was committed to more than just another sale. I would recommend Randy and the entire sales staff to any buyer and when I am ready to buy again I will be contacting Randy first. More

New 2019 ES 350 Purchase I visited the dealership on a busy Saturday after the weather cleared and I was greeted promptly by a Lexus employee (Ruth). Although, there were seve I visited the dealership on a busy Saturday after the weather cleared and I was greeted promptly by a Lexus employee (Ruth). Although, there were several customers in the dealership, I was able to test drive several vehicles and make my selection. My choice was the showroom vehicle, yet they were all able to clear the vehicle from the showroom floor without undo inconvenience to the other customers and sufficiently ready my vehicle for delivery later in the day. I love the vehicle and I have had no issues with garnering information on my new Lexus whenever I request it. Additionally, Vehicle Delivery Specialist (Brandon) went a step above to fully explain the new vehicle and get me on the road home in no time flat. Bravo More

After having my car towed to your service department I started to think about trading it in and was put in contact with Ruth. She was prompt in presenting me with a car with what I was looking for and it was obvious she knows your Lexus product lines. I then looked at your inventory online and then spoke with Ruth. Unfortunately all the vehicles were owned by Metro. Ruth was very professional in putting me in contact with Metro (even at the risk of losing a sale). I visited Metro and ended up buying a car from that Dealship. Ruth wa prompt and professional again the next morning in congratulating me on my Lexus purchase. Nice Job Ruth More
