Awesome experience I went to the dealership for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my truck. After talking with Jerry Criter he suggested that he had some trucks t I went to the dealership for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my truck. After talking with Jerry Criter he suggested that he had some trucks that may lower my payments or at the very least upgrade for about the same. They had a fair selection to choose from and I finally saw one that I really liked. Jerry and his team worked extremely hard to make it happen quickly. I was surprised at how fast they worked out the deal. I got a great rate and twice the truck with little to no effort on my part. I am impressed and grateful for Jerry and the finance team. Great job. More

Bad experience, made right! I purchased a unit from this location, and had a dishonest salesperson, who misrepresented the unit to me. I went back a few weeks later and spoke to I purchased a unit from this location, and had a dishonest salesperson, who misrepresented the unit to me. I went back a few weeks later and spoke to Chase, as advised by Ron a service writer. Chase assigned Dakota as the new salesperson. Chase also asked Justin, who is like the general manager to get involved. Chase asked me to speak directly to Justin about the issue. Justin had Dakota bring another unit for me to see. The new unit is what I was looking for to start with. Dakota started to get the make ready started and delivered the unit the next day. The action of Chase, Justin, Ron the service writer, and Dakota restored my faith in the dealership. By the way, this is my 13th unit from Sam Pack group and the first issue. It will be up to management to deal with the dishonest salesperson. I started in 1980 buying from then Lee Jarmon Ford prior to Mr. Pack buying the dealership. More

Come Thursday and no call so I call service and get the persons voice mail who handles that, he apologized that no one called he had no record of it. Art schedule it for me and even gave me a great price. Then the day of the appointment the quailty of the tinting was sloppy. And they didn't even bother to clean all the mess off of the outside so there was water streaking all down the passage side , they bought it out there like this. My car was clean going in I told Ron romero so he said I was right and had technician come and take it to be washed. There should never be a time a customer should complain when they have to pay for service and its sloppy. I will be taking it from now on to five star ford in Richland hills where I have never had a problem with my other vehicle (expedition, flex) for over 10 years. This was not my first vehicle purchase at 5-Star Ford of Lewisville, but it was my best experience yet. Chase Prater Did an excellent job from the moment he greeted me at the door through watching us drive Lewisville, but it was my best experience yet. Chase Prater Did an excellent job from the moment he greeted me at the door through watching us drive off the lot in our new Explorer. My Wife was looking for a very specific combination of options and Chase worked hard to ensure we got the exact vehicle we wanted. Chase was always positive, courteous, patient and he went out of his way to answer questions and to keep us up to date as we awaited the arrival of our new vehicle. He even returned one phone call on his day off! It was a GREAT experience overall, everyone we met at the dealer was helpful and courteous. More

I brought my 2011 Edge into the service department because the infotainment system was having a bad day. I left with a brand new 2014 Ford Explorer. Sunset Orange, a beautiful color. I did not have in because the infotainment system was having a bad day. I left with a brand new 2014 Ford Explorer. Sunset Orange, a beautiful color. I did not have intentions of buying a car that day. Usually I put months of research into that process. Danny met with me, showed me the Explorer. He and Rodrigo(in training) went over the vehicle options with me. Danny and Tony came up with an offer for my Edge I couldn't refuse, and I left with a new truck and big smile on my face. I will return to this dealership and buy from then again. Thanks guys for the addition to our family! More

Ron Romano in service did a great job. I took my Ford Flex in for 25K service. I called the day before to set appointment and when I arrived they took my Flex wright in. I was out in about 30 min. We were looking for a specific explorer xlt . When we couldn't find one we purchased another one. When we went to pick up our car, Daryn had been on the phone calling all ford dealerships even outside th couldn't find one we purchased another one. When we went to pick up our car, Daryn had been on the phone calling all ford dealerships even outside the area and found just what we wanted. This on the fourth of July. The finance manager thought he was done, but all the paperwork had to be redone. Ron Romano in service got sky line done as quickly as possible and we were on our way just as happy as could be !!
