Herb Gordon Subaru in Silver Spring has service teams that not only provide expert technical work on your car but go the extra mile to explain details about that work and facilitate its timely completion. For example, recently Service Advisor Rodney Rogers and others on the team servicing my car all worked late one very hot day to finish replacing, balancing and aligning new tires on my car so i wouldn't have to come in a second day. Over the years, other service advisors have painstakingly diagnosed a couple of vexing problems. In short, I find that I trust them and understand what they tell me. Prices seem comparable to what i've paid elsewhere. More

I bought my 2018 CrossRrek at hern Gordon and have all the routine maintenance performed thete. Am extremely happy with the car and tge service received. The visit yesterday was for a major maintenance: 5 year/60,000 miles in adfition to getting 4 new tired. TheService Advisor that I always tequest, Rodney Rogers, explained the work to be done and the cost; if the mechanics find other work to be done, Rodney calls to let me know and the cost. This he did, as always, yesterday. I appreciated having a loaner car--yesterday, was a 2024 CrossTrek--so I fid not hsve to wait sround for 6 hours. All n all, Herb Gordon Subsry in Silver Spring is a great place with staff who that excellent customer service tk heart! More
