I got my Ascent 2019 here and getting sevice since then. They are great at taking care of the car and their customer. They need to update their payment system . 04/25/2024 I got service for Subaru Ascent. They took care of my concerns, Luis was respectful. However, when it comes to the payment I forgot my card at home and asked them if I can pay with phone pay ( google pay or Samsung pay) and Older Adult woman(Shirt trimmed hair)- Tried to look her name but the didn't have any badge, told me "Not everybody has apple pay" and gave me a look( The look kinda says you are stupid). I thought about telling her not everybodys carries card around too, but I told her it's not Apple pay. While she wa saying that, Kimberly , another cashier, came in and emailed me the link to pay. I paid and left the dealership. It would be great if they update their payment system to tap as well as phone pay. More

Brought my Subaru in for a major maintenance issue and Luis was very thorough with the process and care. He got me a new Impreza RS loaner and it was a great drive. I encountered a mechanical issue after Luis was very thorough with the process and care. He got me a new Impreza RS loaner and it was a great drive. Herb Gordon has an excellent service center. I just received the best service on my Outback that I have ever experienced. This was my first experience with Herb Gordon and I was very pleased. Your Service Advisor called me this morning and offered to move my appointment up to a more convenient time, which worked very well fo very pleased. Your Service Advisor called me this morning and offered to move my appointment up to a more convenient time, which worked very well for me. He thoroughly explained everything that would be done on my visit. My car was done on-time (but because I didn't look at my phone, I didn't know that for about 40 minutes, and I was sitting about 10 feet away from the service desk, so that was a little weird). But the car was well taken care of and I appreciate the attention. Luis Prada was great! More

Luis provided above and beyond service and advice.
