I purchased a RAV4 Staff here is very friendly! A special shout out to Rodger Eva for making the purchase of my RAV4 a pleasant experience... twice! I purchased a RAV4 in 2017 which Mr. Eva sold me. Most unfortunately, less than 2 years later it was totaled in an accident but the airbags did their job and no one was hurt . When I got the check from my insurance company, I went straight to Toyota Marin and asked for Rodger Eva. Much to my delight, he was still employed there. Mr. Eva was very sympathetic to my mishap and in no time at all, I left there with yet another RAV4! Thank you Toyota! Thank you Rodger! More

And since I am a local customer, the team at Toyota Marin went out of their comfort zone to retain me as their customer. They spent considerable time with me showing different car models/options, offered me a great deal on my latest new car purchase, and checked on me after the transaction to make sure I was completely satisfied. Easy and straightforward I used on online site to contact several dealers. Rodger responded right away. Gave me a sample of his used inventory. None of it was in my price r I used on online site to contact several dealers. Rodger responded right away. Gave me a sample of his used inventory. None of it was in my price range. Then he asked if he could send me a deal on a new vehicle. I said yes and we hung up. The deal was better than the used vehicle I was considering and after trying to work with a closer dealer I became frustrated and went back to Rodger. He found me the vehicle package I desired and got me a fabulous price. More
