Stop Lying.... no one there takes responsibility.. and passes the issues around and around... a brand new truck, 5000 miles you refer me to a YOUR body shop.. my time taking off work.. driving... the issues for two years.. 6 times to the body shop to have work redone... The worst experience ever! You guys were willing to take the truck back if they didn’t do the repairs satisfactory to OEM standards After you guys contacting them!! Again they blew it.. same issues... now my Ac line blew because they didn’t bolt the support bracket down.. You’re!! Excuse word for word in Paulas email !! “We’re not responsible for body shops repairs” But wait.. 1st when you guys got involved when Eric worked there as a manager you guys were willing to take the truck wash my hands of it.. but now!! Paula gets tossed the issue because Eric left, then the manager that was given the issue left.. then tossed to Paula after Bob the manager left.., Marin Toyota Guves Zero F!’s So don’t tell me you’re looking into the issue!!! Don’t try to save your xxx to make yourself look professional by leaving that comment! I think it’s time to have my lawyer contact the Owner of Marin Toyota .. I’m pretty sure when she hears of this.. the disappointments of her staff.. someone’s losing their job! Take responsibility!!! You’ve cost me 2 years of a headache.. my time missing work.. money!! But you don’t care!

Well, I called Diane Kennedy 2 days ago and so far no response..since last review i have not received my tags and I now have a 121 dollar ticket issued in the city for expired tags????? I also realized that the status of oil changes etc are not in the car as requested..needed the window washer the other morning and no fluid?? I have never before bought a car and had this level of service, or non service more like.
