I have bought and sold many cars in my time and all I can say is that this dealership was amazing. From the moment I called them to the moment I left they were professional and willing to go the extra mile say is that this dealership was amazing. From the moment I called them to the moment I left they were professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my experience was the best it could be. We brokered the deal over the phone and were treated as if we were right there in front of them. I dealt with their internet department, specifically with Angelia and her co-workers and all I can say is that they were amazing. They dealt with my wife and then dealt with me and the whole time they were professional and very clear with their intentions and I had no thought or feelings as if they were trying to get something over on me. It is a very refreshing feeling to know that there are dealers out there that don't do that. I drove 3 hours to purchase the car and as soon as I arrived there was a sign in the car with my name on it and it looked as if it had just come off the showroom floor. I was in and out of the dealership with a test drive, a trade-in, and financing all within an hour and all I can say is that is AWESOME!!! Excellent dealership and staff!!! More

McKenney Chevrolet has a lot to learn about customer service. Do you homework before buying and that doesn't mean just a test drive. Search the safety, NHTSA, and compare. Started off by contacting them through internet and they were very helpful in getting the car ready cause I was working and didn't have alot of time to wait around when I got there it was sitting there read were very helpful in getting the car ready cause I was working and didn't have alot of time to wait around when I got there it was sitting there ready to go as promised we drove the truck and salesman answered all my questions and we got back they worked on the financing got it done quickly while the salesman took me on a tour of the place. the service manager was really nice and told me everything they did to the truck when it came in. We went back and signed the papers on it. I have bought cars from McKenney when he had dealership in Kings Mountain and still to this day buy all my cars from McKenney. I drove by Carter in Shelby to get to Mckenney for the service and the nice employees he has there. Thanks for the wonderful experience as always. Keith More

These guys at McKenney Chevrolet are the best! They treat you with respect no matter who you are, they give you honest, sound advice whether it gets them a sale or not. Robert will do everything possible to you with respect no matter who you are, they give you honest, sound advice whether it gets them a sale or not. Robert will do everything possible to make the deal work for you, and Andy is professional and pleasant to deal with during the paperwork process. This is my seventh car (two for daughters and one for husband) purchased from McKenney and the experience just gets better. No high pressure but always there to help you find what you want (even if that means special order!). After the sale when most just forget about you McKenney just keeps going with the best service department around! Clif Calvert, service manager is always there to 'listen' to your problems and help find the answer fast. Excellent service department! I know when I am dealing with McKenney that I am met with respect and honesty! I will never take my business anywhere else and will recommend McKenney to ALL my family and friends! McKenney feels like family!! More
