Danny was very knowledgeable and assisted us with linking my phone to our new vehicle and then sitting with us explaining everything In detail that we needed to know. When it came time to sign the papers, Emir was ready for us and it didn’t take long! They were all very friendly, patient, and efficient. Worst service possible My husband and I went to chevy exchange to purchase a new SUV. We were in between a Tahoe and the new Traverse. We were greeted by Moody and my husban My husband and I went to chevy exchange to purchase a new SUV. We were in between a Tahoe and the new Traverse. We were greeted by Moody and my husband let him know that we were in between these two cars and that we wanted to see both. He toke us to the Tahoe and my husband started asking him questions about the different trims and info about the truck, He was very unknowledgeable about his product and didn't like the fact that we were asking questions. His only response was " its very nice." He started to tell him husband that we were not serious buyers and were just wasting his time. My husband became very offended and told him he no longer wanted to work with him anymore and we left the dealer. We ended up going to another chevy dealer where we bought a 2018 traverse. The experience at the chevy exchange was very unpleasant and I would not recommend anyone thats looking for a vehicle to go there. More

This is my second purchase from salesmen Danny Trujillo. This is why I went back to him. He goes out of his way to make us feel at home. He literally runs to bring up cars to us. He looks for the best deal because he has many years of experience and knows his stuff. He knows the product ( Chevy ) more than anybody else I know. He treated us the same like we were buying a Corvette not Trax. We love our Trax. We'll always come back to Danny. Thanks Danny and Rob John for your many years of customer service. J &D More
