I had a fabulous experience at the Chevrolet Exchange in Lake Bluff, Illinois this week. I purchased a 2020 Chevy Traverse and traded in my 2016 Chevy Trax. I received great service from The Chevy Exchange in Lake Bluff. I was impressed with the team of GM Rafat, Rob Johns and Cass Harb, but mostly with my salesperson Viviana. She kept me informed throughout the process when I stopped in looking to buy a Corvette. She got an order going after settling on a price and updated me frequently as to the progress of the order. Once the vehicle was delivered, she walked me through the process. She also gave me great instructions on the vehicle operation. The whole experience was the best I encountered in 50 yrs of purchasing and new vehicle. More
