We had let Viviana know we would be coming and she was prepared and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we ultimately purchased. The cars were reasonably priced compared to other dealerships and the haggling process was easy. They didn’t have surprise add ons, which was a breath of fresh air. Once the vehicle was delivered, she walked me through the process. She also gave me great instructions on the vehicle operation. Very poor and sketchy practices. Not trustworthy. They lied on the car facts, never performed the Pre-Certified Inspection. Change finance companies without my permission. Have not Not trustworthy. Did not perform the corrosion package I paid for and did not fix the scratches in the car. Now they are not returning my calls. More
