I received great service from The Chevy Exchange in Lake Bluff. I was impressed with the team of GM Rafat, Rob Johns and Cass Harb, but mostly with my salesperson Viviana. She kept me informed throughout the process when I stopped in looking to buy a Corvette. She got an order going after settling on a price and updated me frequently as to the progress of the order. Once the vehicle was delivered, she walked me through the process. She also gave me great instructions on the vehicle operation. The whole experience was the best I encountered in 50 yrs of purchasing and new vehicle. More

Very poor and sketchy practices. Not trustworthy. They lied on the car facts, never performed the Pre-Certified Inspection. Change finance companies without my permission. Have not Not trustworthy. Did not perform the corrosion package I paid for and did not fix the scratches in the car. Now they are not returning my calls. More
