I am married with 6 children and in my free time I enjoy Kayak sailing and building cars!

Our Lease was ending on our TLX. We contacted Crown Acura via email, and Rich Morris, quickly responded about the vehicle. My wife, and I, weren't quite sure if we wanted to lease a new vehicle, purch Acura via email, and Rich Morris, quickly responded about the vehicle. My wife, and I, weren't quite sure if we wanted to lease a new vehicle, purchase our existing vehicle, or just get out of the lease all together. Rich took the time to explain all of our options. Given current COVID times, and prices of new and used cars, we decided to purchase our current car. Crown Acura offered us a very fair price to purchase our TLX which was above our lease buyout figure, but in the end we decided to purchase our TLX. Rich never pressured us into any decision which was purely our own. Rich treats people like he wants to be treated. He's a great person, speaks very highly of his family, very funny, tells great stories, and all around great person to deal with. Financing was a smooth and easy transaction. One final note given the current times we are all experiencing, this dealership was spotless, shining, and the cleanest I have ever experienced! Please contact Rich Morris. You wont have any regrets! I went in last month to lease a 2021 TLX. I had Richard Morris as my sales person. This was my first experience leasing a car on my own. Richard was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and moved the process a Morris as my sales person. This was my first experience leasing a car on my own. Richard was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and moved the process along swiftly. He did not try to upsell me nor did he take advantage of the fact that this was my first time leasing. Richard Morris was my salesman and I couldn't be happier with the whole process. My wife and I came in to look at the RDX and MDX as it had been a while since we had bought her previous MDX. Richard took th with the whole process. My wife and I came in to look at the RDX and MDX as it had been a while since we had bought her previous MDX. Richard took the time to show us both cars and the features of each and didn't pressure us into making a quick deal that day. He let us have time to process which car we liked.
