Our experience at Acura was excellent from start to finish. We looked at many cars before deciding on a 2023 Acura MDX. We selected the Acura over several other brands largely because our salesman, B finish. We looked at many cars before deciding on a 2023 Acura MDX. We selected the Acura over several other brands largely because our salesman, Bill Knopke spent so much time educating us on the car and showing us features that set the MDX apart. He was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable salesman we encountered in visiting area dealerships. He followed up without being pushy before we finally made our choice. The process of buying a car has really changed but we are so glad to see Crown Acura is still committed to excellence in customer service.
