I was extremely pleased with the help I received from Richard Straley! I knew what car I was interested and he found it waiting to be added to inventory, lucky me! It wasn’t online when I looked earlier, so I was so happy to know that it was there. I was able to do a quick application after Richard explained all of my financing options to me. He was on top of every little detail. If he didn’t know an exact answer, he let me know, found out, and called me back. The process was so quick! Not having to go into the dealership and possibly miss the car I wanted was amazing. They even drove the car out to my house, 40 miles away, to let me do a test drive it…. The last piece for me to make sure this car was for me. It’s for me alright! I signed the documents, and I had my new car. I don’t know how to work everything on my car yet, my I’m really excited to find out. Best car experience ever!! More

First time 2021 Subaru WRX owner. The process from the start was great. I had not driven manual since my early teens .Rich and Aaron took the time to teach me prior to my purchase. We were very happy with the service we received from Elk Grove Subaru. We were thinking of replacing our 2011 Outback. We were really happy with 'Subi', but he was getting up there in age. We had looked Grove Subaru. We were thinking of replacing our 2011 Outback. We were really happy with 'Subi', but he was getting up there in age. We had looked on line and found the color of an Outback we both really liked that also had all the options we were looking for, but it was up in Washington. None of the dealerships in our area had one. Rich Straley, from Elk Grove contacted us one evening, took our information and said he would get back to us. The next morning, he called and told us he had found our car in the Bay Area and would have it in Elk Grove by that evening. The whole buying process was easy and professional. My husband loves his cars and is a Classic car nut. Surprisingly, at age 71 this is his first new car. We are both happy as clams. Thank you. More
