The sales representative that I felt had the most favorable (some were glowing) customer reviews is Marissa Anderson at Elk Grove Subaru. After working with Marissa, I can sum her up in three words: SHE IS FANTASTIC. I advise people to always do their own research and to always seek out what best fits them. However, if you don't want to do research yourself, I advise you to contact Marissa Anderson. You will not be disappointed. Looked on line and saw the car I've been waiting for 3 months from another dealership. I was beyond excited that Subaru Elk Grove had it. Spoke to TJ and he said it would be ready for me to come up and months from another dealership. I was beyond excited that Subaru Elk Grove had it. Mike Lagandaon, Finance Manager was excellent as well as Rachel and TJ. 1st time I've bought a car in 10 years, and they are not like your typical sales people, they are friendly as can be.
