2020 Escape in for service. Windshield bottle left empty, I’m not even sure the oil got changed. Found the hose to the drivers side windshield spray nozzle had fallen off. A fabulous experience. Awesome Service I have bought 4 vehicles over the last 10 plus years from Bill Utter and they all get serviced even when out of warrantee. This is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to them for all my new cars. I never have a hassle, they are always fast and when they can not they have a convenient shuttle to take me home. I never had to argue or have them try to get me to do services I did not need. Bill Utter Ford is the best dealership ever! I stopped buying a different brand car because the other dealerships service was so bad and I never plan to go back. They are such a pleasant dealership to work with including the sales even after they sell you the car! More
