Good experience purchasing from Bill Utter. All problems seen were from Ford. Disappointing that during the purchase, I had no one to talk to driectly from manufacturer. The emails & updates received from F seen were from Ford. Disappointing that during the purchase, I had no one to talk to driectly from manufacturer.
