2020 Escape in for service. Windshield bottle left empty, I’m not even sure the oil got changed. Found the hose to the drivers side windshield spray nozzle had fallen off. They were attentive and understanding to my requests, worked with me on the pricing, and were extremely transparent on time I've had at a dealership.
