The car rolled, airbags de While we were thrilled with our 2018 XC60, unfortunately but thankfully, my wife was in an accident which totaled her car. The car rolled, airbags deployed and it called the ambulance for her. She crawled out of the window with only bruises. For this reason, and for the service and compassion we receive at Smythe, I returned to order another yesterday. We will, without fail, be Volvo owners - for life. I called Eric Kulawczyk, Regina Krauza and Kevin Bergeron who have become like family to us. The whole Smythe team really is. PJ Lee made an amazing gesture which will assist us as we wait for our new car to be built. This is not the exception, but the norm at Smythe. There really is no other Volvo retailer option in my opinion. Thank you, everyone, for everything. More

He told me the approximate cost of my services, and the total was within $25 of what he quoted. Waiting/reception area is great, esp. for people who work and need to do some work. Everything about Smythe is outstanding. A couple of years ago the blue-plated "Volvo" came off my steering wheel. The Parts department gave me two replacements at no charge. More

Respect for Customer Loyalty I own a 2010 XC90 V8 which I purchased brand new from Smythe Volvo. My wife and I love the car and have driven it for about 95,000 miles so far! The I own a 2010 XC90 V8 which I purchased brand new from Smythe Volvo. My wife and I love the car and have driven it for about 95,000 miles so far! The car has been maintained by Smythe its entire life with oil and filter changes every 7,500 miles. This year, due to the age of the car, we experienced a fair amount of costs associated with power steering pump, lower control arms, tie rods, anti skid and front strut components. For the first time ever I made the mistake of trying an outside mechanic to deal with the power steering pump. After being sorely disappointed I brought the car back to Smythe and they took care of all the the necessary work using Volvo sanctioned parts and highly trained labor! The car is driving very well and, most importantly, I have confidence that the work was done right and the car is safe. The entire service team at Smythe is very impressive from the shuttle drivers to the head of the service department. Many thanks to Brandon and Dina for a great service experience. More
