During the hunt for my new car I had a question about the “Lane Keeping Aid” feature and Regina from the service department called me to go over my questions. She was wonderful and explained things really well. I absolutely love my new XC90 R-design and I will be back to Kyle at Smythe in another 3 years to do the process all over again for another one :) More

Well, there are a lot of reasons of why I did, I can mention many of them. but as of Today, Driving a XC90 T-6R Design Polestar, only for a month, I can say that the choice was perfect. See, people are thinking Volvo as "old man car" - the one that do, are wrong. the vehicle is safe at the extreme level, the finishes are top of the line, and I got to order what I was looking for. Volvo are car for joyful stress, are happy to be around you and you will be happy to drive one. straight simple. If you read this review, you may think: Duh, this guy got the top of the line. it is incorrect: I got what I was looking for. Volvo experience takes you to the next level of understanding a car, and the driver. everything else comes together but not second to it. regarding smythe: Exceptional. these guys are not sales people, they are a family united to deliver. enjoy. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I have bought an S60 a couple of years back and wanted to get an SUV this time. Everything was looking great until Eric Kulawczyk promised to deliver what I wanted and well............ he did not deliver to say the least! I called back after a week and nothing, I called 2 weeks later and I got nothing but BS, all kinds of excuses and the typical BS. I wasted my time and became extremely aggravated with the lack of communication from the promises of this guy ( Eric Kulawczyk) I recently took my S60 for service and after taking it for new tires, I noticed that the bottom engine splash guard was missing. I contacted the dealer and after a couple of weeks of the BS............ again nothing. I have told everyone that I know what had happened and encourage everyone to buy somewhere else. Whatever happened to customer service!!!! I will tell you.............. it's non existent......... and its all about the mighty dollar!!!!! You suck!!!! Shame on you!!! More

I've always been treated with respect, and they never mis-represent the repairs needed on my Volvo. The entire service team deserves commendation for the way they work together as a unit. I especially wish to commend Michael, Dennis, Dina, Doug, Regina, Tina and Tom individually. Their waiting area also has a relaxing Scandinavian atmosphere, and is well-supplied.
