I had a great experience when I purchased my pre-owned XC-60 from Smythe Volvo. A few years later, I needed Body Shop work and Maintenance as well. The service department, heading by Regina, goes WAY above and beyond at Smythe. Anyone can sell you a car, but it's follow up that counts, and they've been really excellent. Dina Thomson has been my service advisor for years and is one of the biggest reasons I keep going to Smythe Volvo. I drive past 2 Volvo dealerships but choose to travel farther to go to Smythe. The service department is always clean and everyone is beyond friendly. Dina treats me as family every time I visit. I have visited most other Volvo dealers in the area and Smythe is my number one go to. I am treated with respect, they understand my frustrations when something is wrong with my car and they always resolve everything and communicate with me. Dina is a tremendous asset to Smythe and between Regina/Dennis and Dina going above and beyond to take care of my car is the reason I will be back. Thanks all!! I appreciate everything you do for me!
