Above and beyond I recently purchased a used RX 450h from Lexus of Middletown. When it was discovered that the roof rack ordered for the car wasn't ready on the night I recently purchased a used RX 450h from Lexus of Middletown. When it was discovered that the roof rack ordered for the car wasn't ready on the night I came for pick-up, the staff was mortified. They quickly arranged to put me up for the night in a nice hotel across the street, paid for my dinner, and apologized profusely. (I live three hours away from the dealership, so I really appreciated not having to go home and then drive back the next day.) A missed detail like that can happen to any business, not just a car dealership, but the staff, including Corey Hayes, John Roscino, Rebecca Cohen, Chris Nenning, Michael Fischetti and Gary Cohen went above and beyond to address the situation. Their concern was genuine, and they did their best to make sure I was satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Nice people! More

Easy decision I already knew I wanted a Lexus just not sure which one. At my first visit while roaming the showroom I liked that there was no pushy sale person, I w I already knew I wanted a Lexus just not sure which one. At my first visit while roaming the showroom I liked that there was no pushy sale person, I was able to check out every model. Then John approached me and started a conversation which eventually lead to my interest in the MX model. I went home, thought about it for a while and then called John 2 weeks later to say I changed my mind and was interested in the UX. When I came in for my next visit John already had a test car waiting for me. He walked me thru the purchase/leasing process and in the end, I bought the UX. I also traded in my Subaru for a beautiful Nissan Altima which my husband adores. John called me a few days later to see how I was liking the UX - love it! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I would recommend Prestige Lexus! More

SERVICE PERSONNEL VERY PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL WAITED FOR MY VEHICLE. WAIT TIME WAS REASONABLE. COFFEE WAS GOOD, WAITING AREA WAS COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. REST ROOM WAS SPOTLESS.. I BELIEVE THE SERV WAITED FOR MY VEHICLE. WAIT TIME WAS REASONABLE. COFFEE WAS GOOD, WAITING AREA WAS COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. REST ROOM WAS SPOTLESS.. I BELIEVE THE SERVICE REP WAS CHRIS - NOT GOOD AT REMEMBERING NAMES. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE. ONLY COMMENT NOT RELATED TO ACTUAL SERVICE WAS THAT ON MY PREVIOUS LINCOLN LEASES I PAID FOR NOTHING. REASON FOR VISIT WAS OIL CHANGE AND 20,000 MILE SERVICE ON MY 3-YEAR LEASE . More
