Excellent customer service from the Regal dealership. JT was top notch in helping with my concern on the vehicle I was interesting in. I really appreciated the manner in which Troy Carter treated us as we were purchasing a 2016 Acura RDX. he was prepared when we arrived, got us a fair trade from our 2007 Honda CRV, and a fair price on the Acura. No hard sales pressure or last minute surprises. Ray Taylor in the Service Department is the primary person I go to for everything. He's a straight shooter and always honest and fair. I love doing business with a car dealership that I can trust! More
