Heater Blower Issue I had a recent heating issue on my vehicle last Wednesday afternoon. Nissan in Merrillville where I get my warrantee service was booked full until Fr I had a recent heating issue on my vehicle last Wednesday afternoon. Nissan in Merrillville where I get my warrantee service was booked full until Friday. After speaking with their service manager Randy, he was able to get my vehicle in for service on Thursday morning. Not only did he get the heater blower problem fixed, he also was able to take care of a recall which was pending on the ABS. Over the years, I have posted other five star reviews for Randy. Randy has proven to having deserved each of those five star reviews. Customers will be hard pressed to find anyone who goes out of their way more to please customers and earn their business and loyalty as well as Randy does. More

Simply outstanding, thanks Randy After being a Nissan person and having purchased over 10 during past 40 plus years, was having my problems with most recent Murano purchased. But, jus After being a Nissan person and having purchased over 10 during past 40 plus years, was having my problems with most recent Murano purchased. But, just past warranty and problem was extremely odd. Randy Kawanna, Head is service told me not to worry and bring it in ASAP and they would evaluate and take care of problem. They resolved all and at no cost with car wash also. Wife and I are loyal to them and recommend dealership and especially service department to all. Many that I have recommended have gone to Southlake and have not been disappointed. Thanks much. More
