Above and beyond My 2015 S550 had a rattle in the front end. Ron Karp insisted on riding with me to hear the problem. He was incredibly helpful. Carmine Gonzales my My 2015 S550 had a rattle in the front end. Ron Karp insisted on riding with me to hear the problem. He was incredibly helpful. Carmine Gonzales my service advisor and Ron spent 5 days looking for the problem. They were so diligent. After trying many different things they located the problem and fixed it. Believe me this was a very unusual problem and they both kept at it. They just were all about quality. Never met 2 people like them. I have been their customer for 9 years through 3 cars and they never let me down. Thank you guys!!!!! More
