I recently bought a car from this dealership and worked with a very friendly and knowledgeable young man named Tristen Boyer. He was courteous and knowledgeable about all questions I asked. Great guy!! Listens to you and actually negotiates to give you a deal that you can live with as well as the dealership. Most dealers just want to stick it to you. We live in Palm Beach County and actually drove up to Daytona to look at a vehicle at another nearby dealership. Upon getting to the dealership we actually came to visit, it was an immediate let down and Daytona to look at a vehicle at another nearby dealership. Upon getting to the dealership we actually came to visit, it was an immediate let down and the long drive seemed to be a total waste of our Saturday. However, we decided to stop into Gary Yeomans Ford/Lincoln dealership to see what they had to offer as we were in the market for a specific make and model. To our great surprise and luck, the exact make, model, year, and color vehicle was on display in front of the business. As we exited to look at the vehicle, Scott Syesta approached us and was very friendly and attentive. As the interaction progressed we were brought inside to discuss prices; Prices for our trade in and prices for the vehicle we wanted. It was at this time we were introduced to Ramon Esteban. We were all able to come to an agreement for the purchase. The process was streamlined and we were on the road in the new vehicle in no time. Even after getting home, we had to call upon them again for a minor defect and were met with even greater customer service. The resolution was quick and beyond our expectations. We would recommend Gary Yeomans Ford/Lincoln and would not hesitate to return for future business, even despite the drive. There is no doubt that Gary Yeoman’s staff takes pride in their job and customer service is especially paramount. More

Well my overall experience at the time was good. Scott, Ramon, and Jason were very nice and a pleasure to deal with, However, now I am having to go back into the dealership because something happened with Ramon, and Jason were very nice and a pleasure to deal with, However, now I am having to go back into the dealership because something happened with the CPO Vehicle program and not going to be able to get the same vehicle. I am grateful that I will be getting a new vehicle it is just a Hassle and my wife is not very happy. I know the dealership is not at fault for this but being as since I traveled over 25 miles to use this dealer now the back and forth travel is a burden. I am hoping that the dealership will provide me with some type of compensation for the extreme inconvenience More

I owned a 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis that was purchased I owned a 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis that was purchased at Gary Yeomans and always had it serviced there. The staff has always been very pleasan I owned a 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis that was purchased at Gary Yeomans and always had it serviced there. The staff has always been very pleasant and shown interest in making sure we were satisfied. I was not happy when Ford eliminated the Mercury line because I was a happy Grand Marquis owner for years. We decided to drive through the lot just to look and began talking to Kris Kiernan. He showed us several Lincolns and demonstrated many of the options on each vehicle. We chose a 2014 Lincoln MKS. We were given a loaner car while the Xzilon was applied to the new one. Kris was very good about following through on getting the car ready and making sure we were comfortable with all the new technology. We attended one of the training sessions to learn more about the technology. Kris and Juan have assured us we can get assistance if we have questions about the technology and we appreciate knowing that because we are somewhat technology challenged. We talked to Ramon during the time we were making the deal with Kris and both of them were very courteous and helpful. Some of the other staff would speak pleasantly to us when we were in the showroom. More

I cannot comment highly enough about our purchase experience. The professionalism of Ramon Esteban, Anthony Moore, Scott Syesta, Juan Salcedo, and Patrick Peabody was greatly appreciated. They all we experience. The professionalism of Ramon Esteban, Anthony Moore, Scott Syesta, Juan Salcedo, and Patrick Peabody was greatly appreciated. They all were knowledgeable and responded to our needs, not to mention highly patient. We originally were buying a Ford Focus, which we were familiar with since our daughter has one. We had scheduled our contract signing and vehicle pick up, when that morning we saw the July 4th ad in our local newspaper for a wonderful sale on a Fusion model. We decided to test drive it "just for fun". This resulted in our now being indecisive and needing a day to decide between the Focus and the Fusion. We decided after much discussion to buy the Fusion, meaning all paperwork had to be redone on our purchase. Ramon, Anthony and Scott were incredibly patient. Now add to this scenario that our trade-in Jaguar was in our previous dealer's shop for a simple repair that became a 17 day delay, due to their accidental breakage of a part which had nothing to do with the original repair, and took 2 weeks of waiting for a correct part to arrive, and imagine how frustrated we the buyers were. I could not believe the trust with which we were treated through this debacle. I have already recommended Gary Yeomans Ford to several friends and will continue to "sing my praises" of this dealership. Ford truly has a winning team at Gary Yeomans Ford! More
