Price wasn't as advertised, "lost" keys on trade-in I've shortened this a bit, for the sake of relative brevity... the pricing on the cars.com ad for the vehicle was listed as $22,497. There was no stip I've shortened this a bit, for the sake of relative brevity... the pricing on the cars.com ad for the vehicle was listed as $22,497. There was no stipulation in the ad that this included a discount for financing, and/or trading in a vehicle with them, though some dealerships operate that way. (I have screenshots of the entire listing.) When I went in to look at the vehicle, I also had a trade-in with me. After they looked over the trade-in, the salesperson said they needed my keys, to take it around back, to have someone else inspect it too. I told them that was fine, but I would need to be there for the inspection. He agreed to that. I gave him the keys and he took it around back, while I went inside. My wife went around back to get something out of the vehicle (we still had the keyfab, but not the key), and came back to tell me that someone was already inspecting it... even though I told them I needed to be there for the inspection. (We had to evacuate do to a hurricane, and had a number of valuable items in the vehicle.) I was a bit miffed, but this wasn't a deal breaker just yet. Then I couldn't get them to be straight on the pricing. They tried to get me to sign a bunch of paperwork before even revealing the actual price. Then they started off with pricing that was $2000 - $2500 (i.e., like $25,000... not including fees, taxes, title/tag transfer, etc... this was the base price we're talking about) more than the price listed on the cars.com website. They said that it had something to do with the down payment, lack of financing with them, and/or the trade-in... again, none of these stipulations were on the cars.com website. Then I told them that I wanted my keys back, because I would be leaving now. (This was a deal breaker.) Then they reported that they had "lost" my key. After "looking" for it for some time, they still reported they couldn't find it. I told the salesperson he had another five minutes to find it (it had already been 10 - 15 minutes of them "looking" for it), or I was calling the local police. After another five minutes, they still reported they couldn't find it, so I called the local police. They showed up a short time later, but reported they really couldn't do anything. After a couple of hours there, a locksmith finally showed up and gave us a new key to our vehicle. Do not do business here unless you want to be treated the way we were! More

Due to my husband health condition that was quickly changed. We went on Gary Yeoman's we site and Carlos Calzada emailed me back and we got started our search. By the time we got down to the dealership the car was sold. Carlos starting looking for another car that would fit our needs. You could see my husband was not feeling well and Carlos did a great job in getting all the papers signed, car cleaned and us on our way home in record time. All the people we came in contact with were very understanding. I love the dark metallic much better than white. Thanks again for all you help. More

I started my new car purchase by using the ON-Line chat. I let the person know what I was looking for (New 2013 Ford Edge), let them know about my trade-in vehicle and down payment and how much I needed my I let the person know what I was looking for (New 2013 Ford Edge), let them know about my trade-in vehicle and down payment and how much I needed my final payment to be. Carlos Caldaza sent me a couple vehicle descriptions (invoice stuff) that might work. After reviewing them, he tried several different options to make the payment where I needed it to be. At first it did not work, we were asking for too much car for what we wanted to afford. Carlos followed up with a few more car (Edge) options. A few minutes after reviewing them I drove to the dealership to personally look at them. Within 15 minutes, I had identified the vehicle I wanted and he returned with an offer that hit our desired payment perfectly. My wife was amazed at the quality of the car, the professionalism and expertise of not only Mr. Caldaza, but the finance person, the electronic systems person... If you want a great new car or truck and don't want to work with someone who needs to ask a manager if an offer can be approved, you owe it to yourself to give Gary Yeoman's a try at your business. This is my second vehicle purchase from them and it will not be my last. More

I'm very pleased with the vehicle purchasing experience I had with Carlos Calzada at Gary Yeomans Ford. I initially inquired about the inventory of F-150's online. Carlos sent me an e-mail withi experience I had with Carlos Calzada at Gary Yeomans Ford. I initially inquired about the inventory of F-150's online. Carlos sent me an e-mail within 30 minutes letting me know that the vehicles I was looking at were still on the lot and available. I explained to him that I wanted to be pre-approved with FMCC, and have an idea of the price of the vehicle before I drove 75 miles to the dealership. Within 1 hour, Carlos had my questions answered and I drove from Melbourne, FL. to Daytona. Upon my arrival, Carlos immediately took me to the vehicles I looked at online and explained all the functions/differences of those vehicles. After narrowing my choices, we began to look at my trade-in, rebates, and final out the door pricing. I was not initially satisfied with the trade-in allowance I was given. I informed Carlos of where I wanted to be payment-wise and with the trade-in amount. He departed and returned 15 minutes later with pricing below what I requested!!! This is my 13th vehicle purchasing experience. This is only the 2nd time I've ever experienced hassle-free, "whatever it takes" attitude and service from a Sales Representative. I am very happy with my vehicle purchasing experience at Gary Yeomans and would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Last but not least: Pricing! Do your homework! Savings and within budget pricing can be had a Gary Yeomans. More
