Before exiting car, salesmen outside dealership very aggressive (which is a negative experience for me). Appointment with Wally, who is a wonderful asset to your establishment. He was NOT aggressive, took his time and truly listened to what I wanted (definitely a positive for me). Customer service with Wally was definitely five stars. Juan, who identified himself as a manager, then “worked the numbers “. I was told the down payment could be satisfied using a credit card. Before I left I was told by the females at the desk completing the paperwork that the dealership did NOT take discover! REALLY!!!!! Because I was misinformed about this I cannot give five star rating to Juan. More

Not Looking but was Hooking My review has already been involved with members of the dealership, when people have to tell you how to grade your sales service, then maybe they need My review has already been involved with members of the dealership, when people have to tell you how to grade your sales service, then maybe they need to go back to customer training, selling is a special thing and buying is even more special for the customer, it is his money. But deals seem to flow out of mouths, and numbers fly, and all of a sudden your are into finances for 40K, that was with a trade of a 2016 F150, with 25K, miles, very disappointed in my trade in value, i am told they have to do this and that , and tax this and that, we have a man in the White house , because a lot of us were tired of salesmen in congress and senate, but out here it never goes away. Is there really such a thing as a deal, heck no. There is the payment plan. So i hope this move at this point in my life is not that regrettable, because it is starting out that way. I will pray, that the salesemen, dont all end up with the lawyers and realators. More

The staff has always been very pleasant and shown interest in making sure we were satisfied. I was not happy when Ford eliminated the Mercury line because I was a happy Grand Marquis owner for years. We decided to drive through the lot just to look and began talking to Kris Kiernan. He showed us several Lincolns and demonstrated many of the options on each vehicle. We chose a 2014 Lincoln MKS. We were given a loaner car while the Xzilon was applied to the new one. Kris was very good about following through on getting the car ready and making sure we were comfortable with all the new technology. We attended one of the training sessions to learn more about the technology. Kris and Juan have assured us we can get assistance if we have questions about the technology and we appreciate knowing that because we are somewhat technology challenged. We talked to Ramon during the time we were making the deal with Kris and both of them were very courteous and helpful. Some of the other staff would speak pleasantly to us when we were in the showroom. More

Hi Bob, HI Troy, I told you I complain and praise equally. Well here it is the short version of my experience with your dealership. Good thing I type fast. I found this dealership on ebay after pe equally. Well here it is the short version of my experience with your dealership. Good thing I type fast. I found this dealership on ebay after performing extensive searches throughout the state of Florida. Since I live in Florida it made sense to contact the dealership directly rather than go through ebay. I went to the site, read the customer reviews looked at their inventory and emailed Troy. Troy the internet manager of this dealership tore all the rest of the Ford dealerships to shreds on a new 2013 F-150 Ford Truck. He told me over the phone I will beat anyones deal I want your car, I don't care what it takes give me a chance to prove it to you. This all happened as I was 15 minutes away from a Ford Dealership I was traveling to purchase from when he called. So I pulled over and we made the deal over the phone right then and there. Troy even offered to have the Truck delivered to me over 200 Miles away at the time but I declined as I wanted to drive it first. You see, I a former mechanic that worked on collision vehicles had just driven a new F-150 from my local dealer and it had a vibration in it at different speeds that do not belong on a new truck unless it was dropped off of the carrier by accident. In other words New does not always mean in new condition. Always test drive first. On arriving at the dealership the next day Troy met us and already had the truck I was buying ready for me to test drive. I liked the vehicle and the paperwork was just as we discussed the numbers exact no games and no playing around. My buddy who rode with me was justifiably concerned this would not be the case I quote him as saying on the ride there " Be careful salesmen will say anything to get you through the door and change things later", to which I replied if that is the case we will be walking right back out that door. Thankfully it was not. Troy and the dealership were honest and straightforward in all considerations. The truck was sent out immediately to have the spray in bed liner I wanted installed, while I was doing the paperwork and visited the finance ladies office ( Sorry bad with names. ) Even the Finance lady was pleasant and of good cheer talk about surprising most finance people I have dealt with in the past act like they ate something that disagreed with their stomachs. When that was done I ran into Mr. Vasu Bhakta and as we were talking he told me how he was the person who places the ebay adds which of course I explained, that it was thanks to his adds on ebay I had found the dealership. Mr. Bhakta is a very nice person to talk with and clearly loves his job, he showed me how he does his best with his listings to make sure the customer can see what they are considering buying. Vasu was also very concerned that he only cast the dealership in the best possible light and how Mr. Yeoman does not permit certain forms of advertising online because the sites have a bad reputation he does not want cast on his own by affiliation. The whole time I was at this dealership both Bob and Troy kept up with me to make sure there were no questions left unanswered and that everything was going well. I thought to myself where the heck am I? Is this place for real ? Is this a car dealership or a fancy 5 star hotel? My friend and I constantly on guard for a trick kept commenting to each other is this place for real? Since when does a car dealership operate like this? Most are staffed with salesmen that are working way too many hours and have a hard time caring about anything since they have no life in the first place. Since when does a car dealership operate this efficiently and care about what the customer thinks or if they are comfortable or not? I am not kidding everyone was on the ball and knew their job, Troy and Bill were processing everything like they were deploying troops and supplies in the military or something. In other words organized and efficient beyond belief. Troy gave both myself and my friend that rode with me vouchers for lunch since we had driven hundreds of miles to this dealership and the truck was getting a spray in bed liner installed in New Smyrna. After Lunch Bob drove us to where the truck was and synched my iPhone to the F-150's advanced voice control systems, went over the trucks features even making sure we knew where the jack was and then guided us back to I-95. Right before getting back on the interstate he filled up the truck with a full tank of gas. Bid us farewell and made sure he had done his very best to ensure a good vehicle purchasing experience. Hours later after we arrived home he called to make sure we arrived safely and the ride was a good one for us and the truck met my expectations, which in fact it exceeded. Going to a dealership only to be hassled aggravated lied to and played games with makes most people I know avoid the experience of replacing or purchasing a vehicle like having a root canal done. People really do hate car dealers and salesmen because of the way the industry has abused people. I am so amazed by this dealership and its representatives that quite honestly I have a hard time believing I was treated so well and the deal was so straight fore-ward, swift and honest. I salute you Mr. Yeoman your policies are clearly being upheld by your staff and they all speak well of you with admiration. That in and of itself is amazing. To my fellow car buying victims I say save yourself the grief and get your vehicle from this dealership. My wife will get her next car here as will her brother and so will my friend that rode with me. What an amazingly great experience. More

I found the truck I was looking for, on the Internet at Gary Yeomans Ford. I dealt with Mr. David Hand over the phone for several days prior to my coming to the dealership to look at the truck. It was ever Gary Yeomans Ford. I dealt with Mr. David Hand over the phone for several days prior to my coming to the dealership to look at the truck. It was everything I was looking for and as good as David had promised it would be. We made a deal that very same day and I drove back to Fleming Island in my New Used Truck. I was also fortunate to work with Patrick in the Finance Department, who worked tirelessly to keep finding us a better deal. He is also a fine man who genually loves what he does, as does David. I had to return to the dealership several days later to pick up a fifth wheel hitch, removed from my trade and needed to work for a short time with the guys in the Service Department. They were very welcoming and assisted me with all my needs. I really can't say enough good things about this store. We all want a good deal when it comes to spending as much money on a vehicle, given the cost these days. And we all need to realize Gary Yeomans Ford needs to make money on every deal to stay in business. I feel my experience showed me how both of these dynamics can come together under one roof and all parties be satisfied. Thank you to all who assisted me with my purchase.
