Terrible service. Lost my keys, they took me to every key box in the both shops and the store to find them. They ended up being in someones pocket the whole time. My tow guy was there for over an hour and decided he couldn’t wait anymore and left, I was then there for another hour. I had to leave and come back. Because my tow guy left and I had to do all this running around I ended up with acid on my face. Had the keys been where they were supposed to be acid wouldn’t have been all over my face. Philip was the guy I was originally working with, and he was no where to be found. Not returning calls/text messages. I mean absolutely useless. Terrible experience and service. More

I have an issue with the molding over the windows and I was told 2 months ago that this would be taken care of . It hasn’t been taken care of . Me and my company that bought this car is very disappointed i was told 2 months ago that this would be taken care of . It hasn’t been taken care of . Me and my company that bought this car is very disappointed in this. I went back to the dealership and communicated with the sales rep through text messages. Be assured that I will NOT RECOMMEND buying anything from this dealership. I see and talk to a lot of people on a daily basis. This is actually is stupid considering that we paid $44,000 cash for this car and this is what is remembered about this dealership. Not the service department or the sales reps ability or anything else about the dealership, Just that this wasn’t taken care of. More

They had my car 4 days and I had to call and get an update. They advised me they couldn’t find the issue. I drove down the street to another dealership who drove the car and in less than 5 minutes advi update. They advised me they couldn’t find the issue. I drove down the street to another dealership who drove the car and in less than 5 minutes advised the driver side strut was worn and needed replaced and the did both and gave the car an alignment. I was under warranty less than 60,000 miles but had to pay another company to fix the issue. I lost time and money. More
