I brought my car in for an oil change. Realized I was due for a big checkup and I also had a recall to deal with. I was quoted 3-3 1/2 hours. To my surprise my car was ready in 2 hours! I’ve had my Kia for 9 years now I bought it from Kia off Thornton rd Douglasville as the years passed by I didn’t like the service anymore so I chose to come to Kia Kennesaw and when I say I made one of the Thornton rd Douglasville as the years passed by I didn’t like the service anymore so I chose to come to Kia Kennesaw and when I say I made one of the best decisions of my life! Everyone was so nice and super helpful with my busy 1 year old son I felt so welcomed and like everyone already knew me idc how far I have to drive Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw has gained a new customer thank you all for your help patience and great customer service I haven’t felt that in along time in a dealership! I took my car to Kia for an oil change and 19 days later my car had a oil leak and my oil was low and black I had to take my car back twice and I was told I had to drive my car 500 miles than bring it back my car had a oil leak and my oil was low and black I had to take my car back twice and I was told I had to drive my car 500 miles than bring it back I had to take it back the next day after they looked at it and then they tells me I have to pay $437 and I know for a fact they messed my car UP ……..
