We always bring our Fords to JCLewis for regular oil changes and upkeep/maintenance. Recently, my Mustang had a couple of power problems; the driver’s power seat and the door handle. Still under warranty, so everything was taken care of without cost to me; however, it’s naturally an inconvenience to have to be without your car for a few days, AND YET! – at JCLewis, everything is always dealt with in such an A+ professional manner. SPECIAL THANKS TO DON JOHNSON!! He was such a pleasure to work with. I enjoy dealing with JCLewis Ford and all the team members there. I am glad there is an Enterprise rental on premises that just made everything so much quicker and easier, and I really like the new refurbishment in the service section – much more comfortable area for both the employees and the customers! Thank you again for making JCLewis Ford the place where we intend to continue doing business in the years to come. More

At no point during my visit, whether it be service, my purchases or being there with my daughter during the purchase of her first new car, have I ever felt NOT appreciated. The entire team, in my experiences, have been over the top great. More

Went in to get a oil change, while there I decided to look at a F-150 with four full doors (crew cab) and they made me the deal that I felt was fair for us both and I drove away with a new truck. I like the fact that my salesperson Peter Hershey was willing to help me make the best selection for my budget and the truck that I wanted as well as needed. There was no high pressure sales tactics, there was no holding my keys as if I was going to run off. He allowed me to make up my mind and answered all my questions when asked. I also appreciated the F and I person. Alberto Tapia was very clear on all the paper work, and while he showed me all the options, he never pressured me in any way. I'm a person who doesn't respond well to someone trying to sale me or put pressure on me (I will usually walk away or get angry), so this was a good experience for me. This is my second time (in a row) buying a truck from JC Lewis Ford and I would not hesitate to buy or recommend this dealership to anyone. Pastor David S. Riner More

This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Peter Hershey and J. C. Lewis Ford. I am certain the sixth will be from Peter as well. I have always received clear information and excellent service from this team. I used to dread the car buying experience. Now, I just schedule a day when I am ready and go see Peter. I am always amazed at how long it takes to buy a car, but it is one of life's larger purchases. Today's cars offer a wide array of options and Peter was great to walk me through the process to get the car with the right fit for me. I am now into the second week of driving it and am enjoying the new features. My previous Ford was an Escape Hybrid that I very much enjoyed. The new car is a 2014 Explorer XLT. The Sync touch package is great for hands free control of phone, stereo etc. Peter's desk is cluttered with a lot of ongoing work and his top salesman awards are gathering dust in the corner. I think that says a lot about his approach to the business. Thanks, Peter. More

On the internet I went to ford web sight to build a f-150. I press the button to find the this truck. Soon afterward I was contacted by Peggy Nevin. Went to J C Lewis Ford to talk to Peter Hershey about the Truck. He answered all my questions with out hesitation and He did not in any way pressure me. The numbers were exactly what I was looking for. Larry Bonorato explained all the financial aspect clearly a concisely and with out any pressure. They let me make the decision. I have bought from other dealers and actually walked out of another in the past. J C Lewis was the best dealer by far. When I buy another new vehicle I will go back to J C Lewis. More
