They will also sell you an un-needed and expensive platinum repair warranty that becomes worthless in about 1 year and doesn't fix anything when you actually decide to use it or NEED to use it. PLEASE GO IN THERE WITH SOME CAR BUYING KNOWLEDGE, if you do, because if you go in this place thinking they will help someone like you that has no previous experience buying a car or TRUCK, they will take full advantage of you and stick it in! They also make you sign everything on camera during the sale (because they do this all the time) so that you can't come back on the xxxxty deal they tricked you into signing and sue them for a bad sale! The only thing this place cares about is that the people trying to buy a new car to stay numb so that they have a place to work so they can cash out on a measly 1000 or their percentage of what was put down on the car that day. They are making money off of xxxxty sales that has no care for the consumer in the long run. A PLACE LIKE THIS SHOULD BURN TO THE GROUND JUST LIKE MY GREAT CREDIT SCORE of 689 DID!!! THE WORST AND UNETHICAL CAR DEALERSHIP I HAD EVER DEALT WITH. THEY SOLD A MAXIMA TO A FAMILY MEMBER OF MINE BY 12K DOLLARS AND WHEN I COMES IN WITH THEM TO SEE IF THE DEALERSHIP WILLING TO WORK WITH THEM O WITH. THEY SOLD A MAXIMA TO A FAMILY MEMBER OF MINE BY 12K DOLLARS AND WHEN I COMES IN WITH THEM TO SEE IF THE DEALERSHIP WILLING TO WORK WITH THEM ON LOWERING THE PRICE, THE MANAGER WERE RUDE AND BASICALLY KICKED ME OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR CONVERSATION WHEN I MENTION "OVERPRICED" AND THINKING OF SEEKING A "LAWYER" TO LOOK AT THE CONTRACT. THEY CALLED BACK 2 DAYS LATER AND ASK IF WE COULD COME BACK IN TO WORK WITH US? WE SHOWED UP THINKING THEY CHANGED THEIR MIND?. THEY OFFERED THE FAMILY A LOWER PERCENT INTEREST RATE FROM (11-6 PERCENTS) AND SHE ACCEPTED THE TERM. WHEN SHE SIMPLY ASKED IF THE FINANCIAL MANAGER (BRANDON) IF HE ABLE TO REMOVE THE EXTRA WARRANTY ($3500) TO SAVE SOME MONEY, WITHOUT HESITATION HE KICKED US OUT AND REFUSED TO WORK WITH US. HE ALSO CALLED US "NASTY". I'M NOT SURE WHY HE USE THAT TERM, WE WAS BEING PROFESSIONAL AND WAS SIMPLY ASKING A QUESTION. WE FEEL DISCRIMINATED BY HIS WORD AND ACTION TOWARD US. FYI, THEY SOLD A MAXIMA PLATINUM TO A 17 YEARS OLD GIRL AND FALSIFIED THE APPLICATION TO GET THEM INTO A VEHICLE THEY CANNOT AFFORD! IN ADDITION THE PUSHY CAR SALESMAN THEY PRESSURED THEM ON THE SALE ALONG WITH THE WARRANTY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A NON ENGLISH SPEAKING FAMILY. THIS IS ALL ILLEGAL. WE WILL AND ALREADY REACHED OUT TO AN ATTORNEY OFFICE AND WILL SEEK LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS DEALERSHIP AND THE MANAGERS WHOSE WAS HOSTILE TOWARDS US. Fast, friendly service. Arrived unannounced for recall service, and was met by James Clayton, Service Advisor. James immediately arranged for the service, gave an estimated time of repair (ETR), with a promise to call me upon completion. I was called early, and told my car was ready to go. When I arrived to pickup the car, James explained in detail what was done, and it was not just one item completed, but a second recall item was completed as well. While looing around the sales floor, Abdul Kebe approached and guided me to cars I had an interest in, opened them up, and reviewed key features, as well as rebate offers. Abdul, introduced me to Sales Manager Paul Bateman, who offered to assist in obtaining finance services when ever I'm ready to upgrade to a newer vehicle. Great staff, and prompt friendly service. Not a good impression. I had very high hopes with this dealership given their ratings on Google. They proved me wrong. Two weeks ago I and my wife visited the dealership to look at a brand new 2018 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X. I already knew what I wanted and had done some research about the various options ad prices, the typical due diligence. Lorenzo P. greeted us well and took care of us, showed us the vehicle and then we talked some numbers. I negotiated a price with them out-the-door for $X, they wanted $X+500. I wasn't letting up as the truck didn't have some options like tow-hitch and bed-extender. Last week they got another truck with the options of same exact model+trim etc. I asked Lorenzo if they would do the same $X+500 as it has the options I wanted.He was helpful and said his Manager Paul wanted to talk. Paul, I think had zero idea of what I had negotiated with the others and says we would do $X+500+ Tax+Title+License. Now that is ridiculous. When I told hi about the deal I negotiated he denied knowledge of what was going on an said he stands to lose $2500 if he agrees to that price. I respectfully denied his offer. My question to the Reliable Nissan dealership is that " when your sales people go inside an office like 13 times when people visit you, what are they doing?". UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT! More
