Samantha was great. She was referred to me by a friend of mine and she didn't disappoint! She gave us a great price up front and she even delivered the vehicle to Las Cruces for us because we were unable to mine and she didn't disappoint! All prices were what we agreed upon and there were no hidden charges/fees like some dealers try to sneak in there. I would recommend this dealer and specifically Samantha to anyone! More

Recently, me and my fiance purchased a new vehicle. We have had previous experience with Nadine so we opted to work with just her on our new car purchase. Nadine was 100% positive and she treated us with have had previous experience with Nadine so we opted to work with just her on our new car purchase. Nadine was 100% positive and she treated us with respect and kindness during the entire purchase. She was also very accommodating to our two kids by getting them paper and markers to draw on to keep them busy while we were both able to shop and talk business. She was very professional during the entire process. We told her what we could afford and what we had down and she showed us vehicles exactly within our price range. She didn't try to deviate at all from our goals or try to sell us something that we didn't need. The car is in excellent condition and we are very happy. More

Great customer service! I felt welcome and not pressured into buying! Which made me want to do business with her! She is a warm welcoming individual. Nadine was very helpful and really knew what she was talking about. She helped my mom and I pick out a car that we really liked and that we could afford. I was sold a wonderful car that I truly wanted. Within 30 days I was informed That my employer took too long returning employer verification to the bank so The original loan offer had expired. "My employer" brought me into the office the Day they got the verification and sent it back the same day so I know that was a lie. After much stress, I decided to return the vehicle. I was told that I would be given my $1000 down payment back as it wasn't my fault the vehicle was being returned. I was told that 500 Would be in a check and 500 would be on card. When the money hadn't returned to my Card within two business days I called the dealership. I was told they had problems with The credit card machine so they would re-run the credit. The next day the original Credit went through and the dealer immediately took it back. After trying to speak with a manager a Women came out and attempted to tell me that I was wrong. She brought out paperwork that showed the refunds and argued with me. At one point she basically told me that "I had the car or 30 days basically rent free" so why was I complaining. This entire experience was not without problems. The lien holder on my trade never get paid through Micheal Clow had told me that they had sent them a check the week before I was told that the loan was expired. Now I have a hit to my credit for being 30 days past due and I'm behind one month. Through this entire ordeal I have not gotten an apology from management and I have had to come Into the dealership more than five times to get this mess handled. More

From the time I walked into the dealership I felt like I was treated very well. I originally inquired about a Ford Trick on Cars.com. Chris Dunn called me very quickly after I had done the inquiry. Jared was treated very well. I originally inquired about a Ford Trick on Cars.com. Chris Dunn called me very quickly after I had done the inquiry. Jared introduced me to Chris upon my arrival at the dealership and after the introductions Jared and I went for a test drive in the truck I ultimately purchased. After the test drive and discussing some terms Jared introduced me to Michael in the finance department to work on the terms. Both Michael and Paul the finance manager worked very hard to get me financing that was both fair and affordable. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and the experience I had at this dealership is the best ever. I genuinely felt like they wanted my business and would work as hard as necessary to earn it. More

We went to purchase a used vehicle they had, I wanted. My friend was co signing for me so they pulled my friends credit before they came back to tell us that they sold the vehicle I was there to get.No good friend was co signing for me so they pulled my friends credit before they came back to tell us that they sold the vehicle I was there to get.No good communication there. So we looked at other vehicles any way. Did find something else so we proceeded to the paper work We got through the paper work wich took us 5 1/2 hrs. We got out at 10:30 pm on a friday night. Every one was nice at that point cause they said that it was a done deal and the vehicle was mine to drive home. Needles to say 2weeks and countless non returned phone calls I finally get a call saying that there was a problem and I had to return the vehicle. No one was friendly about any thing. They made me wait for over an hour just to get my keys back for my old car. I thought they Gave a 100% customer saticfaction. They must decide who to be nice to. They also should not allow 2 weeks to go by before asking for the vehicle back. It's cruel when you get to liking something that was way nicer then what you had. The belief I had that the vehicle was mine and no car payment due for another month well lets just say my finances are now all messed up cause of this situation of lack of communication and lack of customer care. More

I purchased a used Nissan Altima and added the Skylink theft recovery system. When I tried logging into the Skylink website to register it the website stated the dealer needs to complete their process fir theft recovery system. When I tried logging into the Skylink website to register it the website stated the dealer needs to complete their process first (this was after I had it installed in the vehicle). After several calls to have it rectified to no avail, I contacted Paul Bateman (Finance Manager) for help. Not only did he take on the matter personally and fix the problem immediately, to make up for my inconvenience he also provided me with a wheel alignment which I desperately needed. Thank you Paul! You are a true asset to the company and deserve to be rewarded justly!!! More

I had a Nissan 720 Pickup and pruchased a lot of parts and was treated very well by Mr. Wojcik,super service! After selling that vehicle I traded in a Silverado truck and got a used 2005 Toyota Corolla and was treated very well by Mr. Wojcik,super service! The entire staff worked hard to keep me as a customer,even when I thought I was going to walk out of the room and keep the truck,just ride my bicycle more! But Mr.Sorenson and Bateman made the sale happen and I'm eminencely pleased with it!! Do look here for your next car purchase,you will not be sorry!! More
