Most of the time they work with us to get the car in and fix what is not working. Parts and maintenance can be a little pricey. Turning in my 2018 RAV4 when the lease was up couldn't have been easier. Derek helped me pick out the perfect RAV4 with all of the things I wanted by email, and made it easy to set up appointments for a have been easier. Derek helped me pick out the perfect RAV4 with all of the things I wanted by email, and made it easy to set up appointments for a test drive and to drop off my old vehicle and pick up my new one. He went over all the bells and whistles with me and let me know I could contact him any time with questions. Patrick had all of the paperwork ready for me, and it was as quick and easy a process as possible. Both of these men were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were a joy to work with. More

We had a very pleasant and not too time consuming experience with our sales rep Steve Kemp and our financial rep Patrick Weeks. They were friendly, helpful and not pushy.
