He spent time with us in an unhurried way, kept in touch, and kept the positive energy going throughout the process. We wanted to replace our 2015 RAV4 Limited with a newer model. Since we had very specific trim and color requirements, we ended up special ordering a 2024 RAV4 Limited, which arrived from the factory in Ontario at the end of December 2023. We are quite pleased with our new vehicle. We want to thank Joe for his kind assistance! We highly recommend him! More

The best car buying experience we have ever had. Everyone was kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and made the experience pleasurable. Conor, GSM, was willing to take all of our calls from Tokyo and assist us in ordering the perfect Sienna. If he didn't know the answer, he found someone who did and got right back to us. Once he handed us off to Joe the amazing service continued. Joe was on point with communication, answered every product and service question and had everything installed before we arrived. He took the time to go over every detail of our new van. He followed up after the sale as well. Top notch service!!! Joe handed us off to Christine for finance. She was professional and not pushy at all. We didn’t feel pressured in any way and she answered every question in full detail. Joe and Christine made our young kids feel welcomed and included. We would 100 percent drive to Vermont again if we need another vehicle. It felt like we were part of the Heritage family.
