I had the pleasure of working with salesman Daniel Napoles.Daniel was very professional ,knowledgeable and I felt no pressure at all to buy, until I was ready. He was with me from day one when I first drove the Rav4, until I decided to make my purchase over a month later. He even allowed me to bring my large Labrador in to see if he would fit in the back of the Rav4. I really appreciate Daniels hard work and highly recommend Daniel and the staff at Elk Grove Toyota if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Patrick and John were both very patient and I think the greatest thing was their sense of humor because my family and I liked to joke around a lot. Glad they understand sarcasm and yet all jokes aside got us out of there with the car we wanted. Patrick even called after for a follow and said if we wanted to tint our windows, he has a contact for us, which I thought was amazing customer service. Give him a 10 for his customer service for being effective and efficient. Also Janette (sorry if I spelled that wrong) she showed us all the features on our car at the end after handing me my keys. I thought that was a nice touch and John the manager came by to congratulate us and say bye. Those were unexpected since my last car buying (from somewhere else) didn't offer that. My visit and purchase was very nice and we got the car! :) More
