I feel I got a good deal on my vehicle and everyone was friendly and gave me the patience and space I needed to make a decision. The only reason I gave them four stars was that after the purchase was made I found out that the vehicle had no floor mats-something I overlooked due to the paper floor protectors they had put down in the car. Upon a call back, they told me that it was normal for them to toss all the floor mats to avoid any liability from the wear and tear on them. I wish this had been pointed out prior but overall I would still recommend Elk Grove Toyota. More
