Plainfield is not only where Patrick works! He also has made this community his home and is heavily involved with local groups, including volunteering as an Ambassador with the Plainfield Shorewood Area Chamber of Commerce. Jim Ceci was an excellent salesperson! You could tell he was a seasoned salesman with a lot of knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles and a pleasant demeanor to work with. My only negative comment is that the finance department needs to discontinue the use of presenting the paperwork on an IPad using e-signature. It is nearly impossible for a customer to accurately review paperwork that he is signing.Especially difficult for seniors. More

He's one of those specialists you can only hope to encounter when buying a car or even researching with or just chatting with. Then we actually had a lot of fun meeting with the final business associate Richard Head. We had the most pleasant time just taking our time swapping stories about mutual interests. Never rushed. Finally, hats off and thanks to managers Pat Ruffalo and Adam Batliner for their patience as well. Even the cashier was kind and friendly. Thanks to each you on this great team! We had an excellent experience. Great price, customer service, and especially... we love our new car! Thanks also for the surprise perks and gifts you've given us even after the sale! This was the fourth used car I've bought in my adult life, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I've had at a dealership. From the very beginning, the sales manager, Patrick, was super ni life, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I've had at a dealership. From the very beginning, the sales manager, Patrick, was super nice and accommodating to my questions. My sales guy, Mike, was awesome. He didn't bullsh!t me, was very personable, and kept me entertained while we had to wait (as you always do when financing). Lastly, the finance guy, Derek, was knowledgeable and never tried to push me into anything I didn't want. He kept things quick and matter-of-fact. I can't believe I would ever say this, but I legit had fun buying my car here. Will definitely recommend to anyone buying a Chevy or any used car! More
