I had a fantastic experience with Webb Chevy. I was researching possible cars to buy, found one in my wheel house, and sent an offer via email (which I thought was reasonable on both ends). The dealership got back to me immediately and accepted. I drove over within the hour and we took care of business. I dealt with Richard who took care of everything over there for me from initial follow-up emails, to test driving, to paper work. He was real, honest, open, and efficient. Zero "salesmanship" vibe which I always appreciate. The entire process was about as smooth and quick as I could hope for. I was driving back home shortly thereafter with a new vehicle for the family. Jim Ceci was an excellent salesperson! You could tell he was a seasoned salesman with a lot of knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles and a pleasant demeanor to work with. My only negative comment is that the finance department needs to discontinue the use of presenting the paperwork on an IPad using e-signature. It is nearly impossible for a customer to accurately review paperwork that he is signing.Especially difficult for seniors. More
