I'll keep this short. Wynn VW has a car shown on their site that's not available. When contacting them by text I was told it was available and asked to come in at 6:30 by Erin S. and an internet sales rep site that's not available. When contacting them by text I was told it was available and asked to come in at 6:30 by Erin S. and an internet sales rep. would meet us. Upon arrival we found no car or anyone named Erin and then told an internet service not connected to this dealer gave that information. Wynn VW is NOT the place to consider shopping for a new car. More

My mom has bought multiple cars from Simo, we have been going for around 20 years, and never had a bad experience. I was excited to be able to buy a car from him this year, during COVID when it was hard to going for around 20 years, and never had a bad experience. Simo was knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and made the whole buying process enjoyable. I visited other VW dealerships in the area while shopping for a new car and was not treated with the same type of service and respect. From the receptionists to the woman I dealt with in the Finance department to the guys in the Service department-everyone was friendly and top-notch. I can't recommend Simo and the entire staff at Jim Wynn VW enough! More

Just wanted to shout out Pat Cook! He went above and beyond. He got me out of my lease and into a new Jetta SEL lease. He made a 4 time Jetta owner very happy again!
