I was very pleased with my overall experience. I came in to get my car serviced and intended to purchase a new car when I came back from vacation, but circumstances required me to purchase earlier than expe to get my car serviced and intended to purchase a new car when I came back from vacation, but circumstances required me to purchase earlier than expected. Not only were all of my needs met by Simo, but he made everything happen in a very short time window. I am so grateful for all of his patience and, to me, he went above and beyond to guarantee that I drove away with my new car by the end of the week. My family has purchased several cars from Jim Wynn (4 volvos, 2 jettas). We have always received nothing, but excellent service. I plan to have my new 2013 Jetta for many years, but when it's time for a new one I have every intention of coming back to Jim Wynn and to Simo. More

Given how well we have been treated in the past and the care and honesty exhibited by all of the staff at the Wynn dealership we would never c group. Trust is not something you buy or give away, it must be earned. The staff at the Wynn Group have more than earned our trust. well i got up thursday morning and my honda would not start...its a 2005...i need a new one and i know it...really interested in VW jetta or golf TDI....so i have some time in between seeing patients thi start...its a 2005...i need a new one and i know it...really interested in VW jetta or golf TDI....so i have some time in between seeing patients this day to stop there on my lunch break....i had to take my other vehicle which is a 1995 ford escort...which runs great...everything still works..its just not pretty...you know i walked that car lot a good half hour...probably 45 min and not ONE person acknowledged me... i am taking my business else where and i have offered my old car to any friend or relative who would like to go car shopping without being bothered by your sales people!!!! YOUR LOSS!! More

The buying experience at this dealership was second to none. When I say experience, I mean it.
