Worst Sales Experience After selecting a vehicle for my 80 year old grandmother and finalizing the purchase price, the sales person was non-responsive to schedule a pick-up After selecting a vehicle for my 80 year old grandmother and finalizing the purchase price, the sales person was non-responsive to schedule a pick-up date/time. After multiple attempts to get an answer at the main number AND after leaving two messages for the sales person in 16 hours, the receptionist who did answer the phone was pointed and rude. You can find better customer service at a fast food restaurant than at Carlton Mercedes Benz. More
