If you order a car from this dealership and have a trade-in, get the trade-in quote IN WRITING at that time because when your ordered car is delivered, it won't be the same price. In dont recall how many Mercedes I bought over the last 30 years from Carlton, but wach sale went very well. The staff stays many years with Carlton and they all know there products and customers.
