As we scouted the used car lot looking at what was available a salesman approached asking how he could help. That started a relationship we could have never imagined. Pablo is one of the hardest working sales people you will ever meet. Whatever you need he will do his very best to take care of your needs. In addition, Pablo is very knowledgeable about how the vehicles operate and he will take as much time as needed to make sure you understand how to use the cars features. Pablo Goygo Yesterday my wife and I visited Carlton Motorcars looking for a nice used Mercedes. We found what we thought was a good buy on an E 300. Pablo Goygochea was a great help as a representative of the dealership. He was knowledgeable of their autos as well as how to show all the vast features. We traded in a Mercedes that I bought there 12 years ago. Other staff members were very friendly as well. All in all it was a good experience for us and we are pleased with the car we chose. I gave the experience all 5 stars except for price. I thought we got a good price but everyone always would like better. More
