We recently purchased our 4th vehicle in 8 years from Mel Hambelton and each time the experience has been fantastic. Jamie (and Obi too!) made the process so enjoyable! Their customer service is bar none, communication was easy and seamless, and after a few back and forth's over the phone-we settled on a fair price for both our trade in and the vehicle we wanted and we weren't stuck inside the dealership for hours on end. Jamie's follow up was was wonderful! He reached out the following day to make sure we loved our vehicle and answer any questions we may have had. Thanks again for taking such great care of our family! We'll be back again in a few years, Jamie! :) More

Our salesman was great to work with, no gimmicks and honest, if he didn't know the answer to ou I enjoyed my buying experience at Mel Hambelton Ford. We did not like, however, that another person was brought into the office to try and convince us of the lower price they gave us for our trade in. He did not feel genuine or honest, just like he wanted to make a quick deal. More

My initial visit was great, everything went smooth, the salesman Jorge (ask for him if you’re popping in to look for your new car) and Obi worked with me to get exactly what I wanted (or as close to what I salesman Jorge (ask for him if you’re popping in to look for your new car) and Obi worked with me to get exactly what I wanted (or as close to what I was asking for as possible), a few weeks later I received a text message from the finance director Casey, and this is where things took a turn for the worse, I was going to have to change things for my financing, which wouldn’t have been an issue had he actually spoken to me, and explained things to me rather than text and avoid me. He was disrespectful, he wasn’t helpful at all and when I was trying to call and speak to him he wouldn’t even take my calls. I ended up going up to Mel Hamblton that afternoon to try and get to the bottom of things and he wouldn’t even come out to talk to me. Now, I could have just given the car back, taken my down payment and my trade in and walked away from the whole situation. But Stan, who also works in finance took the time to explain the situation and how we could fix it. He was so graceful even though I was upset and beyond irritated. He helped resolve the situation, got the financing back in line and has completely changed my mind on purchasing future vehicles from this dealership. Thank you, Stan, so much for taking the time out of your week to fix a very upsetting situation, I am extremely grateful! More
