Hey guys I go by Obi Wan Kanobi; your car Jedi. I’m here to help you with all your transportation needs, and that goes for trucks, suvs, cars, financing and leasing. My expertise comes from being in the business for 10 years, and at Mel Hambelton Ford for the last 9 (#I love my work). My favorite ford is the Raptor truck and dream car the GTR. When I’m not selling cars, I spend time with my beautiful wife and three kids. We are a soccer family. I bleed Chelsea FC blue. If soccer is not your thing, I’m always up for a ping pong match. I have been a satisfied customer of this dealership in the past but the way my wife and I was treated today was very upsetting. If this dealership condones the unethical tactics of some of it’s salesman the past but the way my wife and I was treated today was very upsetting. If this dealership condones the unethical tactics of some of it’s salesman this will be the last time for us at Mel Hambelton Ford. Trying to push a sale, just for the sake of a sale with no regard for the customer’s input or wishes and then showing contempt for that customer is so disrespectful. More

As soon as we walked in , the ladies at the front desk were very quick to greet us and direct us to the salesman we had an appointment with. Never buy a car from this person. We asked for paperwork to be done a certain way and he did it completely wrong. Everything was done wrong and when I called for his mistake to be fixed he did not care anym to be done a certain way and he did it completely wrong. Everything was done wrong and when I called for his mistake to be fixed he did not care anymore. I had already bought the truck. He had got his commission already. Save yourself some time and do not buy from this seller!! More
