I took my 2013 Kia Optima in for 4 recalls pm 9-5-23. I had no problems other than it just had recalls due. When I picked my car up the same evening, I drove less than a mile and I noticed a warning ligh I had no problems other than it just had recalls due. When I picked my car up the same evening, I drove less than a mile and I noticed a warning light illuminated that was not previously on when I dropped it off. I immediately called the dealership and they said to return back there with it. I was back in less than five minutes. They pulled my car into a service bay and returned about 20 minutes later and told me it was the airbag light and he handed me with a print out of the computer codes that showed. The service advisor said that the tech that worked on the car was already gone for the day, but he told me that a tech told him that the light was on when I brought it in. I told him that was a lie and there were no warning lights on when I dropped it off. I told him that was the reason I called as soon as I noticed it and brought the car back. When I asked him why nothing was on the paperwork about the light, he told me that I could call my service advisor on tomorrow or he would leave a note for him to call me. The next day I called and left a detailed message, but the service advisor did not call me back. Two days after the service I called again and spoke to the service advisor. He put me on hold and then he came back and told me that the tech said that the light was already on. I told him that was not true. I asked him why when they printed out the work orders showing what they did, and all their recommended maintenance, why did it not say that a light was on. They also did a multi point inspection and nowhere on these six pages did it say a light was on. He didn’t seem to have an answer for that so I told him I would be calling to speak to the service manager on Monday. I also told him that someone lied because the paperwork said that the advisor contacted me about work they recommended that I have done. No one called, emailed, or texted me about and recommended work. More

Nice place, staff is friendly. My issue is mainly with the warranty bought with the car. Platinum was supposed to cover everything including labor. Warranty company doesnt do what My issue is mainly with the warranty bought with the car. Platinum was supposed to cover everything including labor. Warranty company doesnt do what it agreed to do, wont cover some things its supposed to and dealer doesnt do some work required to fufill their end. Not the peace of mind I thought I was getting. Still a nice place and would possiby buy a car there again, just would never purchase their extras. More

Norris was extremely rude and not helpful. On arrival, he recommended that I get new tires, I responded not at this time. He started but I recommend new tires. I stated I just wanted an oil change, tire rotation, windshield wiper fluid and air to the back left tire. The technician working on my truck sent me a video of what was needed. Norris still did not come to discuss this with me. I went to him. I told him I wanted to change the Carbon filters as suggested and align the tires as suggested. He then stated that I should wait until I get new tires. After this, I left and told the guy up front I would be be back to pick up my car. On arrival, I tell Norris I am here to pick up, he points to the cashier with his phone and tells me that she will check me out. He then says I’m sure you see your car and the key should be inside (in which it was not). I go to her and ask her what was all completed today, she had to sift through the paperwork as she is only the cashier to tell me. I told her I wanted to use my Sunbit account to check out. She says Norris has to help me with that. I then go back to Norris to let him know I want to use my Sunbit account. He then again, points with his phone at the guy in front of him and told me he would help me out. He was not helpful at all! I was very upset with his customer service. More

Mr. Burns was pleasant, got my in and out quickly. Work seems to have been done well. MUCH better experience here as compared to my last service at Carriage Kia of Woodstock. I went in for a dealer update on the software. They took care of it and went ahead and checked the car, inflated the tires, and ran it through the car cleaning machine.
