Worst service I have ever received from Kia, or any other dealership. We purchased my Kia Sportage last year at a different Kia Dealer and paid for the maintenance service plan. Upon making my appointment at dealership. We purchased my Kia Sportage last year at a different Kia Dealer and paid for the maintenance service plan. Upon making my appointment at this specific location in kennesaw- I confirmed over the phone that my vehicle was under warranty and would not have to pay. While checking out I was asked to pay $120, because I “should have mentioned the warranty to him before the service”. We have 3 brand new vehicles that get serviced as they are supposed to and have never had to provide proof that they’re under warranty. It’s always been looked up through the vin number of the vehicle. I asked how long it would take for them to verify that I paid for the maintenance plan, and the response I got was “well it’s a long process and I’m going to lunch, so you’d have to hang tight for about another hour and a half and most of the time the dealer you bought the vehicle from won’t want to pay for the service”. After waiting an hour for the service I wasn’t going to wait an hour an a half for him to go to lunch, as I had my 8 week old baby with me. I was left with no choice but to pay the money to get my car back. Not only was the answer I received unprofessional, but I wasted money I should have never had to. I called the Kia dealership I purchased the vehicle from and was told they didn’t understand why I had to pay for the service. I also called the Kia in Cartersville and was told my next service is under warranty. Unfortunately, my fiancé and I wanted to purchase a Telluride from this Kennesaw location, but the service we received today completely made us change our mind. I have called twice to speak to a manager with no luck. I would not recommend. More

Norris did a great job at getting me checked in, serviced and out the door. Thank you sir, as a business owner I have limited time so I appreciate that. I’ve been coming here since March 2023 when I purchase and out the door. Thank you sir, as a business owner I have limited time so I appreciate that. I’ve been coming here since March 2023 when I purchased my Kia Sorento and by far the best experience with Norris so far. Thank you again because I have left in the past feeling unheard and provided with subpar service. Norris made me want to keep coming back. More

They put on an invoice that I stated a price I paid to have something fixed. I never told them how much it cost. They falsified the invoice and would not fix. Asked to speak with a manager was told I w have something fixed. I never told them how much it cost. They falsified the invoice and would not fix. Asked to speak with a manager was told I would need to contact him on Monday. No one there can talk to me. Can't say poor customer service since I got no customer service. More

Where is the negative star button? One star isn’t even accurate. The absolute worst service department. Customer service is definitely not a priority at this place. They never answer the phone and they have no regard for taking care of the customer. No sense of an urgency when it comes to getting things done they drag their feet. They lack communication with the customer and never keep you updated on the status of your car. If you don’t stay on them your car will sit on the lot because they could care less about how long they take to get your car back to you. Stay far away from this place. I don’t even know why they are still in business honestly. Even the general manager doesn’t care about how poorly this facility is ran. That should tell you all you need to know. More

The dealership did not communicate clearly the expected timeline for the work, they said that work was being done when it wasn’t, the led me to believe it was possible the work might get done on a day when timeline for the work, they said that work was being done when it wasn’t, the led me to believe it was possible the work might get done on a day when the service center was closed (which they gave no heads up about even though they knew in advance they were closing for a day), it was very difficult getting anyone on the phone, and one of the service advisors hung up on me and never followed up on when I could pick up my vehicle - I had to physically come in and wait 30 minutes for them to get the vehicle ready to return. And in 4 days the accomplished exactly nothing in fixing the issue with my vehicle. More
