When we came in we asked for Tristan and waited for about 10 minutes before asking for him again. That's when they sent Drew over instead. Drew has a good sense of humor, if you like that you will like him. We already knew which car we wanted, so we just needed to test drive it and make sure we worked out the numbers for the trade and new car payment. As everyone knows you won't get what you want for a car when you trade it in, but it makes it hassle free. It was about what we expected. We worked out a fair deal and Drew was very patient with us. After that, we worked with Ian for the financing portion. He also has a sense of humor. Again, you have to like that sort of thing, which worked for us. We felt Drew and Ian were very professional and took care of all of our questions and concerns. The only downfall was that the Navigation system wasn't working, so I had to bring my car back in on Monday. I was told to speak with Norm, since Drew wasn't there. Norm tried to get me a rental car, since they weren't sure how long it would take. They ended up loaning me one of their cars, since a rental wasn't available. They were very accommodating. It only took them two hours to figure out the issue, which was very minor. The manager made sure he took care of me and when I saw Ian he greeted me like I was a friend. Drew called me to follow up on everything when he returned the next day. He offered to show me the navigation system. I appreciated it, but said we would manage. It was great customer service and I will return if I should get another Hyundai in a few years. More

Top Notch Service! The guys in the service dept are awesome! I get in and out of there so quickly. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. EXCELLENT SALES SUPPORT by Gary Baker Gary Baker was our sales associate. We dealt with Gary. He got us the right price Not too much negotiations with the manager, but when i needed t Gary Baker was our sales associate. We dealt with Gary. Gary was persistent in finding us the right car and verifying the details of the car even after we agreed on the price. His follow up was excellent. We would have saved a little money and bought from another dealer across town if it wasn't for Gary's excellent support. More

Sales and Service Review Ii have been dealing with Earnhardt Hyundai for several years and am so pleased that when I contemplated a new car I did not think of going anywhere e Ii have been dealing with Earnhardt Hyundai for several years and am so pleased that when I contemplated a new car I did not think of going anywhere else. I have always used Bill Johnson as my sales person and found him to be trustworthy, honest and have my best interests at heart. I recommend Bill every chance I get. My service department experience is a little different. Norm is a good service person but is not a great communicator. I often have to seek someone else out to find out what was done to my auto. David Macht usually has come to the rescue. I think that Norm is hasseled and sometimes gets overwhelmed. In general this is a great dealership and "that ain't no Bull". I have some reservations about the finance department and have asked to speak to the manager but have not received a call back. I also sent him an e-mail. Thank you for the opportunity to express my views. I hope this gets read somewhere and not filed in the great circular file. More
